Description
Seeking Internal / Family Medicine physicians to fill an outpatient Primary Care opportunity with nursing home rounding responsibilities
--Must be BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
--Physician will serve as a Primary Care provider with a panel of outpatient visits at Primary Care office, plus nursing home care
