Facility is seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join our team
--Mon-Thu, 8a-5p; Fri, 8a-12p
--No call
Requirements:
--Family Medicine residency and a Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship
--MI license or eligible and a controlled substance license
