Description
Seeking a full-time Nocturnal Intensivist to join our Critical Care team
--Approximately 13 to 14 twelve-hour shifts monthly
--Well-established Critical Care Division presently consists of 11 full-time Critical Care Intensivists and 8 full-time Critical Care Physician Assistants
--Provide in-house coverage for ICU patients
--Enjoy the reward of teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
--Critical Care procedural skills including central line insertion with ultrasound guidance, arterial catheter insertion, IO insertion, thoracentesis, paracentesis, lumbar puncture, small and large bore chest tubes, intubation, and use of bedside ultrasound.
--Patient case mix includes both routine/moderate acuity and complex/high acuity patients.
--Variable census range.
--EMR: Cerner
--Competitive starting base salary commensurate with the Intensivist/Critical Care physician’s experience. Base salary ranges from 200K-500K depending on specialty, experience and training
