FP Perm or Locums to Perm
FQHC/CHC
At least 2 years experience in FP required
Must be BC
eClinical Works
Bilingual preferred but not required
TX license needed, but can be applied for
Shooting for May training/June opening of clinic
Every provider has own MA
72 hours to close out chart
8a-5p schedule
Generous PTO
Call: 1x every 3 to 4 weeks, call center handles most

Matching 401k
Salary range: $90-$150k, based on experience
