Duration: February 2026 – ongoing (option to extend)

Schedule: Full-time preferred. Flexible options available.

Minimum commitment of 1–2 weeks per month. Rotating 7 on/7 off days and nights

Shifts: Days: 7:00a–7:00p | Nights: 7:00p–7:00a or 5:00p–5:00a, Nocturnists may also take call

Call: None for day shifts / Nights negotiable

Patient Volume: Average 15–17 patients per day / 2–4 admissions per provider

Scope & Procedures: Days/Nights: Inpatient rounding, consults, ICU admissions, ventilator management
Nights: Chest tubes, responding to codes, central and arterial lines

EMR: Allscripts

Hospital Details: Level III Trauma Center. 283 total beds. Open ICU

Support Staff:
Two CCM physicians on day shifts for most critical patients
Hospitalist manages remaining ICU patients
One NP assists with admissions on occasion (not guaranteed daily)
Nights are solo coverage

Requirements:
BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
OK license (IMLC Compact accepted)
Active DEA & Clean background
