We’re actively seeking experienced Trauma / Critical Care APPs in Oklahoma City. This is a long-term locum opportunity with strong volume, excellent support, and the potential to extend through end of 2026.Highlights
Start: ASAP (90-day credentialing timeline)
Duration: Through end of 2026, with extension potential
Coverage Need: 2–3 FTEs due to increased trauma volume
Schedule: Ideally 7 on / 7 off (7–14 shifts/month)
Shifts: Strong preference for nights (7p–7a); days available as needed
Call: None
EMR: Epic Practice Scope
Closed ICU, APP-driven critical care
Procedures required: Intubations, central lines, arterial lines, CRRT Assignments include:
Trauma activations, admissions, rounding, consults, procedures
ICU & IMC coverage alongside attending physicians
ICU census up to ~16 patients; IMC up to ~12 (split as volume grows) Requirements
APRN (preferred) or PA
Board certified
BLS, ACLS, ATLS required
Active Oklahoma license or compact (OK license strongly preferred)
Clean NPDB strongly preferred
