Express Care Pediatrician
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $295000.00 - $325000.00

Children’s Mercy Kansas City is expanding its Urgent & Express Care Division and is recruiting Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Pediatricians who want to make an immediate impact while enjoying a sustainable and flexible schedule. Academics & Teaching Opportunities - Academic appointments available through UMKC School of Medicine and University of Kansas School of Medicine
- Opportunities to teach residents and medical students
- Participation in clinical practice guideline development and quality improvement initiatives
- Daily collaboration within a nationally recognized children’s hospital with 50+ pediatric subspecialties

Practice Environment - Multiple state-of-the-art Urgent & Express Care clinics throughout the Kansas City metro
- Flexibility to practice in Urgent Care, Express Care, or a hybrid model
- On-site labs, X-ray, IV hydration, respiratory support, and medication administration
- Collaborative team of 60+ Urgent Care physicians and APPs
- Procedures include simple laceration repair, abscess I&D, foreign body removal, and more
- Epic EMR
