Express Care Pediatrician

This opportunity allows you to provide high-quality, family-centered care within a collaborative, innovative environment focused on efficiency and patient experience. The shift-based model offers predictable scheduling, minimal weekend coverage, and no call responsibilities—supporting a true work-life balance. Opportunity Highlights - Flexible shift-based schedule: 3–3.5 shifts per week, 11-hour shifts
- Limited weekend and holiday coverage
- No call responsibilities with streamlined handoffs
- Competitive compensation aligned with AAAP benchmarks
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- CME allowance of $5,000 plus two weeks of dedicated CME time
- 30+ days of PTO, increasing with tenure
