Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage all employee physicians and clinical divisions (NPs, PAs, Case Management) within the region.
- Act as the primary clinical stakeholder for IPA management and relationships (Allcare, Sante Physicians, etc.).
- Accountable for all clinical outcomes, medical management performance, and risk drivers.
- Conduct SNF rounds and oversight for at least one facility.
- Perform field-based/in-home patient visits 2 days per week (3 days remote).
- Oversee recruiting, training, and performance management of clinical staff.

Skills

Requirements:
- Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active California Medical License and DEA.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; 3-5 years of Hospitalist or - Managed Care experience preferred.
- Ability to travel for home visits (valid Driver’s License/Insurance required).
