This leadership role offers a 50/50 blend of clinical care and administrative responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to support and oversee a seasoned team of physician and APP hospitalists. You will shape workflow, strengthen quality initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of the program. Clinically, you will provide care to a manageable inpatient census averaging 12 patients/day, with strong APP support in a collaborative, mission-centered environment. Procedures are optional.
