Work Dates Needed: ASAP through Feb 16th. There Dentist took a leave of absence.
Preferred Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Fridays are 8:30am to 2:30pm. Open to a part-time Mon-Thurs schedule.
Worksite Setting: Outpatient FQHC center
Scope of Work: Since they only see patients 1x a year on Medicaid, they spend more time pulling teeth vs. creating a treatment plan but it's important the dentist goes by current plan in place. They need a caring dentist and would appreciate someone local. The hygienist sees all cleaning and checks off by themselves without dentist seeing those patients. This is procedures only and will require skills checklist.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: OH license, DEA, background check, great bedside manner
