Location: Cookeville, TN

Start: ASAP (credentialing can be done in 1 week)

10-15 shifts needing coverage

6a-6p or 6p-6a

247 bed hospital, 28 ICU beds and overflow to CVICU if needed. All trauma diverted. 8-14 admissions per night

Census: 180-200, 25 patients per MD (with help from APP)

Hospitalists are expected to respond to all RR if it is their pt. or on their floor. ICU team will respond to all RR. The only exception is HM providers do not have to respond to L&D RR, and they do not have to respond to 'Emergency Room' codes -the ED responds to both. Hospitalists respond to codes on 3 floors.

EMR: Paragon

Requirements:
2 years experience, ACLS, BLS & PALS required, NCCPA, ANCC or AANP certifications.

Must have active TN licensure.
