Family Medicine with Obstetrics Fellowship – Southeastern Alabama Area

• Hospital-employed opportunity seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics Fellowship training


• Compensation and benefits include a competitive salary range of $400,000 – $425,000, $50,000 commencement bonus, medical education loan repayment up to $75,000 paid monthly over three years, $25,000 residency stipend paid monthly from contract signing through completion of residency, three-year employment agreement, wRVU-based incentive bonus, relocation assistance up to $15,000, CME allowance, licensure, dues and subscription coverage, vacation, health, dental and vision benefits, retirement plan with employer match, and J-1 visa sponsorship available at an HHS-designated facility including Conrad 30 and non-Conrad options


• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic procedures


• Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population with a focus on excellent maternal and neonatal outcomes


• Participate in the development and continued growth of a hospital-employed women’s health practice


• Perform routine OB/GYN procedures including C-sections, hysterectomies, and additional surgeries as needed


• Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on patient-centered care


• Shared call coverage of 1:4


• Hospital averages approximately 800 deliveries annually


• Community of approximately 70,000 residents with a regional daytime population nearing 300,000


• Regional airport with daily flights to major hubs


• Within easy driving distance of Florida’s Gulf Coast beaches
