This position is ideal for Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologists seeking immediate clinical volume, long-term stability, and true practice ownership from day one. The group serves both adult and pediatric patients and is currently booking several months out, allowing new physicians to ramp quickly in clinic and the OR. Physicians enjoy guaranteed OR access, efficient scheduling, and a strong procedural mix without block-time constraints. • General ENT practice with facial plastics opportunities available
