- Clinical Director role with leadership responsibilities
- Shared phone call schedule among group
- Comprehensive onsite services including X-ray and ultrasound
- Board-certified Internal Medicine with Geriatrics required
- Lead care team including medical assistants and coordinators
- Direct patient care combined with mentoring responsibilities
- Hospital-employed position with DEA required
