- Phone call coverage shared among group
- 75% clinical, 25% administrative responsibilities
- Leadership role managing primary care providers
- On-site diagnostic services including digital X-ray and ultrasound
- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine required
- Must have 2+ years experience leading primary care physicians
- Value-based care and managed care experience preferred
