Description
Our client in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Trauma Surgeon for locum coverage starting March 2026 and ongoing for 6-8 shifts per month.
Details:
Shifts: 6–8 24-hour shifts/month, Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–7 AM
Call: 24-hour in-house
Patient Volume: ~10 patients/day, 3–4 consults/day, 1–4 cases/day
Scope: General and trauma surgery (orthopedic trauma covered by separate team)
Support: APC on service for rounding and consults
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
NM license preferred but open to licensure Great opportunity for long-term locum work in a scenic location.
