Description
Location: Breast Center - Ohio
Duration: ASAP - Ongoing until perm is hired
Shift: Monday – Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
Schedule: 4 days/week from M-TH every other week or 2 days per week, 4 weeks per month (Provider can choose which days from M-TH, Fridays not needed)
Call requirements: No call
Scope of practice: Breast Imaging Radiology – Diagnostic Mammograms, diagnostic MRI, breast procedures. Must be on-site
Volume: Avg per month - 471 screens, 234 diagnostic, 205 Breast US, 9 post op spec reads, 38 stereos, 42 biopsies
EMR: Cerner
Dictation: Dragon
PACs: PACs MQ
Other Equipment: Hologic Dimension units, SecurView Reading Station, Hologic Affirm Stereotactic unit, Brevera Unit, 4 GE LogicQE, Ikonopedia
Affiliated Hospital: Southern Ohio Medical Center
Staffing Mix: 12 Radiologists, 1 Physician Assistant, 9 Mammo Techs, 2 Navigators, 2 US Techs
Requirements (boards, license): OH license or IMLC Compact Licensure in hand, MQSA qualified, Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible. Clean NPDB required for emergency privileges
