Program Details:

• Services include General, ortho, gyn, urology, neurosurgery including craniotomies, vascular, ENT, healthy peds, Da Vinci robot, Peds and adult dental, endo, ophthalmology and some ortho, OB.


• KY License required


• NBCRNA required with (1) one-year minimum experience


• Will also receive privileges at Lake Cumberland Surgery Center


• 8, 10, 12 hour shifts available


• Supervision model, 100% independent


• No Call
