Location: Winchester, VA
Schedule: Night Shift (Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory therapy treatments, ventilator management, and oxygen therapy.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ respiratory conditions and treatment effectiveness.
• Respond to rapid response and code blue situations as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment.

Qualifications:

• Current RRT or CRT certification (NBRC required).
• Active Virginia Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license or eligibility.
• BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred).
• Prior respiratory therapy experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
