Position: Inpatient Psychiatrist

Location: Elizabeth, NJ

Position Details:

  
• Inpatient and ED coverage

  
• Hours: 9-5, Monday thru Friday

  
• On Call Coverage: Once a month, 9-5, Sat and Sunday

  
• 100% Adults

  
• Responsibilities: Psychiatric evaluation and treatment

  
• Consults per day total: ~15 On Psych floor; ~10 Thru ED

  
• Initial patients per day: ~5 as needed

  
• Follow up patients per day: ~10 as needed as needed

  
• Staff available: (i.e., Mid-level, MA’s, etc.) One full-time PA and one half-time NP in addition to residents.

  
• Board Certification required: Yes

  
• EMR System - EPIC
