Description
The top-ranked and largest national health care organization is seeking two (2) Advanced Practice Providers (NP or PA) with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Acute Care. Ideal candidates would preferably have experience working in an ICU. These two (2) openings cover an overnight shift at a Port Charlotte Hospital is a beautiful and growing community of Port Charlotte, Florida.
Qualified Candidates:
-Must be proficient in routine Critical Care procedures
-Experience with central and arterial line and chest placement
-Thoracentesis, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation
-Midlevel ICU coverage over night
-Intensivist on call via phone, easily available to provide support on-site
-Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision and preferably carry a patient load of 8-10 patients per shift.
