Description
Medix is partnering with a prestigious, high-acuity medical center in Los Angeles to recruit a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for their NICU. This is a fast-paced environment where you will function as an integral member of the medical team, reporting to the Medical Director and CNO. In this role, you will provide care for the highest acuity neonatal patients—babies who are often in critical, life-sustaining situations. Beyond the NICU, you will be active in the delivery room, managing high-risk births and providing immediate stabilization.» Location: Los Angeles, CA

Skills
To meet the demands of this environment, candidates should possess:
» At least one year of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), specifically in an inpatient NICU setting.
» A minimum of three years of total nursing experience.
» Proven experience managing high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation.
» Mastery of California Board of Registered Nursing standardized procedures for NPs.
» Valid DEA license and Furnishing Number (or eligibility to obtain during credentialing).
» Current BLS and PALS certifications (PALS may be obtained post-offer).
