Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Physical Therapist pediatric home health jobs in Clovis, NM let you help children reach their mobility and developmental goals in a home setting. You will evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents for motor development, strength, balance, and coordination, while educating families and documenting progress. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and adapting therapy to each child’s needs. Required qualifications are a degree in physical therapy, a current or pending New Mexico PT license, and CPR/BLS certification. Pediatric experience is preferred but not always required.
