Description
Provider Requirements:
Active state license required
Separate credentialing process
Must be available for both day and night shifts
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Medicine experience
Acceptable Board Certifications: ABEM/AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM/AOBIM
If not board certified: must be within 5 years of board eligibility (per facility guidelines)
If ABEM certified: ATLS required only once in lifetime
Certifications Required:
ACLS
ATLS
PALS
Facility Details (All Sites):
Level IV Trauma designations
Volume ranges per location from 10K-26K
EMR: EPIC
APC supervision required
