SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (MD/DO) physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Lacombe, Louisiana. This assignment offers a 2?weeks?per?month schedule, travel included, and a consistent post?acute patient population.

Assignment Details:
Coverage: 2 weeks per month
Schedule: 8 hours of patient care daily with overnight call (rotating)
Patient Volume: Average daily census of 24 patients
Scope of Practice: Post?acute care for patients recovering from strokes, cardiac events, accidents, and related conditions

Support Team:
Other providers cover during the week
One round on weekends
Overnight call rotates among providers

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
DEA in hand
CV in MM/YYYY format with all 30+ day gaps explained (work and education)
