Position Highlights

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule (8 AM – 5 PM) – no nights, weekends, or on-call. Part-time options

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $53.50-62.25 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required; strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with children.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
