We’re seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum assignment covering the North Carolina region. This is a flexible float role providing in-home primary care services to adult and geriatric patients.

Compensation: $110/hr

Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch included (unpaid)
Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week) options available
No call required

Clinical Overview
In-home primary care visits
6–8 patient visits per day
Patients are Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries
Adult and geriatric population

Role Responsibilities
Conduct 5–6 in-home health assessments per day
Perform annual wellness visits and chronic condition management
Assessment-only visits (no treatment or prescribing required)
Escalate urgent findings to patient’s PCP
A1C testing when applicable (no additional screenings required)

Travel
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
Must have an active North Carolina medical license

Orientation & Training
All hours billable
Online modules average 1–3 hours
Modules must be completed within 30 days of assignment start

Active North Carolina license – required
Must indicate preferred coverage county at time of submission
