Position: Inpatient Pharmacist (Days)
Location: Salina, Kansas
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary Range: $112,500 - $153,000 annually
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (to be discussed during the interview process)

Job Responsibilities:
As an Inpatient Pharmacist at Salina Regional Health Center, you will be integral to providing safe, effective pharmaceutical care to our diverse patient population. Your primary duties include:
- Dispensing prescribed medications accurately and efficiently
- Providing medication education to patients and healthcare staff
- Monitoring medication therapy for efficacy and safety
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific pharmaceutical plans
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and institutional policies
- Managing medication inventory and maintaining accurate documentation
- Responding to medication-related inquiries from patients and staff, offering expert guidance
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs
Qualifications:
- Valid state Pharmacist license with current eligibility to practice in Kansas
- Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D. or equivalent)
- Proven experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospital medication policies, protocols, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
