Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 3 to 6 months
• Job Setting: Hospital-Based Pathology Lab
• Types of Cases: General anatomic pathology, frozen section analysis, cytology, surgical pathology. Approximately 13,000 surgical specimens and 3,000 cytology specimens per year. Locum provider will be responsible for grossing their own specimens and cutting their own frozen sections on the cryostat.
• Credentialing: 40-45 days. A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: AP Board Certified
• Certifications: Cytology Proficiency Exam Required for GYN Cytology
• Licensure: Active NY State license
