Medix is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker / Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) for a long-term travel contract supporting three residential treatment facilities. In this role, you will be a vital clinician providing essential mental health services to residents, ensuring continuity of care and crisis intervention within a supportive therapeutic environment.This position is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a residential setting and is looking for the stability of a 6-to-12-month assignment. You will manage a standard weekday schedule while participating in a periodic crisis rotation, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client population. --> Location: Oregon --> Facility Type: Residential Treatment Facility (3-Location Circuit) --> Start Date: 3/16/2026 --> Length of Assignment: 26–52 Weeks (1,040 total hours) --> Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) --> State License Needed: Oregon QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) or higher

Responsibilities: --> Clinical Services: Provide direct mental health services and therapeutic interventions to clients within three distinct residential treatment facilities. --> Crisis Management: Participate in a crisis on-call rotation (approximately once every four months). On-call shifts run from the end of your workday until the following morning, including one full weekend (7-day total rotation). --> Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes in accordance with facility and state standards. --> Coordination of Care: Collaborate with facility staff and external partners to manage client treatment plans and transitions.Requirements --> Certification: Active Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification or higher. --> Licensure: Current Oregon (OR) state licensure. --> Crisis Response: Ability to handle high-stress situations and participate in the required on-call rotation. --> Preferred Experience: Previous experience in crisis intervention or residential mental health settings is highly preferred.
