New Job Details –
Location: Chicago, IL South/Central Locations
Duration: ASAP – 3 -6 Months
Prefer to start with at least 3 months.
Reason for coverage:
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3 or 4 day work week
assisting 3 sites
Shift: 8A-5P
Call: TBD
Patient volume: 14-16
Scope: Outpatient psychiatry, consulting all ages, adult and children Integrative care approach. (AIMS) University Washington approach to psychiatry. Where psychiatric consultant support the Primary Care Provider (PCP) and Behavioral Health Care Manger (BHCM) in treating behavioral problems.
EMR: Athena
Hospital: Site FQHC
Group/support: Full support staff
Requirements (boards, license): BC or BE, APN
