•  $425/hour
•  Start as soon as credentialed – average 60 days
•  1 week per month of call (consecutive days)
•  Provide on-call services for emergency department and inpatient services
•  24 hour Call – not in house; 30 minute response time
o  Not a large volume of Call
•  Procedures: screening and diagnostic colonoscopy, EGD, care for food bolus
•  No ERCP or EUS
•  Must have OH license, ACLS certified
•  Travel, lodging, malpractice insurance included
