- 25 beds IPR with potential for more
- One full-time physician on staff
- Support full continuum of post-acute care including LTACH, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, and outpatient rehabilitation
- Hospitalist team medically manages 100 % of all admissions
- Designated a Primary Stroke center for its excellence in stroke care and prevention
- Provide care for patients impacted by multi-trauma, other non-traumatic neurologic disorders, cardiac disease, and amputation.
Benefits:
- Base salary - 325K plus RVU
- Sign on - 35K
- CME - 7K
- Relocation - up to 15K
