General Surgery – Northern Illinois

• Hospital-employed practice seeking BC/BE General Surgeon


• Base salary range: $500,000 – $625,000 plus production-based bonus potential


• Full-time, broad-based traditional bread-and-butter general surgery


• Robotics experience strongly preferred (DV5 onsite)


• Laparoscopy required


• Non-cardiac thoracic interest a plus


• Breast focus or interest a plus


• Practice includes abdominal, breast, some endocrine, and limited trauma cases


• No bariatrics required


• Scoping optional per surgeon preference


• Onsite ultrasound, stereotactic breast biopsies, and breast MRI available


• Call schedule: 1:4


• Established team of 3 surgeons and 1 PA


• 99-bed independent community hospital offering services in 35 specialties


• Population: 26,000
