General Obstetrician–Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Compensation: $300K - $320K + $30,000 sign-on bonus & $30,000 retention bonus after 1 year Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome) Location: Fulton, Maryland We are seeking a full-time General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led practice. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate clinician interested in providing comprehensive women’s health services within a collaborative, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice
- Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
- Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated
- Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Maryland medical licensure
- New graduates welcome
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
