This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: 9a-5p with 1 hour lunch. The current need is for 2 days per month until volume increases, then weekly. · Practice Setting: Outpatient · Scope: Physical Medicine/Orthopedic Sports Injuries · Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks · State Licensure: Active State License · Requirements: cervical/thoracic/lumbar RFA, cervical/lumbar facet injections, cervical/lumbar ESI/TFESI injections, SI joint, medial branch blocks, nerve root injections
