A highly respected, physician-owned dermatology group is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologists to join its growing outpatient practice. Established for over 40 years, this organization includes 50+ providers and multiple thriving offices across San Francisco, the East Bay, Napa Valley, and the Sacramento region.

Position Highlights:

100% Outpatient Dermatology
No MOHS surgery required
General dermatology focus (medical ± cosmetic depending on interest)
Excellent support staff and efficient clinic operations
Immediate patient volume—busy from day one
Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed base salary starting at $300,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Lucrative production bonus structure
Many providers earn annual bonuses well in excess of base salary

Qualifications:

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
Eligible for California medical licensure
