Now Hiring: Sleep Medicine/Neurology APP – Northeastern OregonJob Title: Sleep Medicine/Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Job Class: Permanent Work Location State: Oregon Number of Positions: 1 Provider Details:- Specialty: Neurology - Sleep Medicine

- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty
Shift & Schedule Details:- Estimated Start Date: Flexible – Open until filled
- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Full-time, permanent position
- Setting: Hospital Employed
- Schedule Details: 4 10-hour shifts per week
- Patient Load: Seeing 12 patients a day - taking no call
- EMR EPIC - they are a Level IV Trauma Center
- Benefits: Base salary plus quality incentives up to 15K, Commencement bonus of 20K, 8K for CME, licensure, dues and subscription, paid CME time, student loan repayment, paid malpractice coverage, 401K plan match
