Responsibilities
- Provide full-time, on-site primary care physician services
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends or holidays required

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM)
- AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certification
- Valid DEA and NPI registration

Health Requirements
- TB clearance (skin test, bloodwork, or chest X-ray)
- MMR vaccine or titer
- Hepatitis B vaccine or titer
- Varicella vaccine or titer
- Tdap vaccine
- Annual flu shot

Training Requirements
- Privacy and Information Security Awareness & Rules of Behavior
- Privacy and HIPAA Training

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- No weekends or holidays
