Hospitalist Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospitalist Physician Assistant to provide exceptional inpatient care in a dynamic hospital environment. Required Skills:
- Valid Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Certification from ARC-PA or NCCPA
- Proven experience in hospital medicine or inpatient care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a nocturnal/hospitalist setting
- Basic advanced life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and workflows
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- 2+ years of relevant inpatient care experience
- Familiarity with hospital policies and multidisciplinary collaboration
Other Requirements:
- Availability for night shift hours: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, 1x24-hour shift
- Willingness to travel or relocate if necessary
- Must maintain current licensure and certifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and hospital privileges
