·      Level II Trauma Center with 348 beds and 11 ORs
·      Locums would only do bread-and-butter-type cases in the OR, Endoscopy, etc.
·      Locums do not take Call
·      Travel, lodging, paid malpractice insurance included
·      Permanent position – private practice employment
