### About the Opportunity\nMedix is partnering with a facility-based team in North Conway. You will have the opportunity to impact the life and well-being of the elderly population in long-term care facilities.\n\nLocation: New Hampshire\nFacility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility\nStart Date: January 5, 2026\nLength of Assignment: Direct Hire\nSchedule: Monday - Friday (40 hrs)\nState License Needed: New Hampshire\nPay: Personalized compensation packages, including competitive rates and applicable stipends, will be discussed in detail with your recruiter.\n\n### Responsibilities\n--> Provide medical services to patients in long term care facilities.\n--> Collaborate with the facility to carry out the best care possible.\n--> Impact the well-being of the geriatric population through primary and wound care.\n\n### Required Skills & Qualifications\n--> Active NP license in the state of New Hampshire.\n--> Interest or experience in wound care and geriatrics.\n--> Strong clinical assessment skills.
