Rates: $330/hr

Opportunity Highlights
Start Date: May 1, 2026.
Duration: Through the end of August 2026.
Schedule: 50 hours per week guaranteed (OT after 50 hours).
Shift Times:
Mon-Fri (except Wed): 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Flexibility: Open to one full-time provider or two providers working a "2 weeks on / 2 weeks off" rotation.
Work-Life Balance: No call and no weekends required.

Clinical Practice & Scope
The practice model focuses on medical direction and supervision within a high-acuity acute care hospital setting.
Supervision Ratio: 1:2 to 1:4.
Case Mix: Primarily general cases and ENT with minimal trauma.
Standard Exclusions: No hearts, heads, peds, or chests (unless the provider specifically requests to work them).
EMR: Epic.

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (Required).
Licensure: Active Texas (TX) Medical License in hand (Required).
Experience: Proficiency in supervising CRNAs and managing high-acuity general cases.
Credentialing: Efficient 30–45 day timeframe.

Specific Open Dates (2026)
While the facility needs 1.0 FTE through August, the following specific dates have been highlighted for immediate coverage:
May: 1, 7, 8.
June: 9, 10, 26.
July: 7, 8, 21, 22, 30.
August: 11, 21, 24, 25 (2 openings), 26 (2 openings), 27, 28.
