Responsibilities
--> Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care visits.
--> Conduct thorough physical examinations and clinical assessments for a diverse patient population.
--> Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient treatment plans.
--> Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
--> Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the facility's electronic health record system.
--> Educate patients and families on treatment options, wellness strategies, and preventative health measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
--> Education: Doctorate degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathic medicine.
--> Training: Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
--> Licensure: Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).
--> Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
--> Life Support: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
--> Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical diagnostic procedures and experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
