Worksite Location: California and Michigan

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and fine motor skills
Document patient care in the EMR and maintain compliance with facility standards
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress and discharge goals

Skills

Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Active state Occupational Therapy license
BLS certification
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Experience working in rural or resource-limited healthcare environments is a plus
