--Provider must be fully vaccinated.
--*Preferred* NC Medicaid/Medicare credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.
--Provider must have DEA with NC address.
--Active NC license
--ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications
--Provide specific availability to shifts above
--New providers must have an additional date of availability for 4-hour, in-person orientation. Orientation will take place during routine business hours (Mon-Fri 8-5).

EMR: Meditech 6.1
Open ICU
1 physician with 2 mid-level split coverage.
Doctor will be housed in hospital owned APTS.
Any travel costs capped at $500.00
Average daily census is 90-100
Annual census ~30,000
