This employed position offers full-scope OB/GYN practice with the opportunity to help shape and expand services in a community with strong patient demand. Physicians will join a collaborative team of experienced providers within a well-established program that supports more than 600 deliveries annually. The schedule is designed for balance with a shared 1:11 call model and separate weekday and weekend call rotations to reduce weekend obligations. With immediate patient demand created by upcoming retirements and strong referral support, physicians can quickly build a thriving practice. A guaranteed $400,000 base salary, productivity incentives, and access to the Da Vinci XI robotic platform create an outstanding opportunity for both professional growth and long-term earning potential.
