Physicians practice in a fully staffed, collegial environment alongside RNs, APPs, and fellow physicians committed to team-based care. With a Monday-Friday schedule, no nights, no weekends, and no call, this position delivers true lifestyle sustainability. Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Direct Primary Care model serving 20K eligible member patients 
• Only one insurance to manage - minimal administrative burden 
• Fully staffed team including RNs, APPs, and multiple physicians 
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule

• See approximately 2 patients per hour with focus on preventative care
