-Position: Family Medicine (Outpatient)
*Inpatient opportunity available, if desired
-Start date: 60-90 Days
-Schedule:
*Mon/Wed/Fri - 8am - 5pm
*Tues/Thurs - 8am - 7pm
-Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services
-Patient Population: All Ages
-Patient Load: 18-22 PPD
-EMR: Epic
-Support: 4 Physicians | Dedicated & experienced support staff
